*Exceptions to this are books which have a personalised message and thus cannot be re-sold.

The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned books.

Any and all refunds will be conducted securely via PayPal.

In the event that books are damaged when received by customers, Adamshiels.com will issue a replacement upon return of the damaged book.

Adamshiels.com will not pay for any postage costs incurred for the return of books.
